Craig T. Enoch retired as a Justice on the Texas Supreme Court, having also served as Chief Justice of Texas’ Fifth District Court of Appeals and Presiding Judge of Texas’ 101st District Court. On completing his judicial service, Justice Enoch established specialized Appellate and Government Enforcement and Regulated Industries Litigation Practice Groups for a major regional law firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. His extensive knowledge of the workings of government assists businesses subjected to the complexities of the Texas and Federal government systems. And his experience includes representing businesses before court and administrative bodies, as well as during investigations by state attorneys general, in addition to assisting those businesses with regulatory compliance. In addition to his long service on Texas courts, deciding a myriad of complex civil matters, Justice Enoch’s experience as a neutral arbitrator has involved decisions on matters ranging from disputes over utility construction and purchase contracts to employee benefit agreements and estate claims. As well, he has developed noted expertise on the existence, nature and extent of fiduciary obligations. Recognizing the importance of effective advocacy for businesses at their intersection with government, Justice Enoch co-founded ENOCH KEVER, the firm that advocates for business.
