All around the state, city governments are forming which are limited in scope and unlimited in potential. These “Liberty Cities” are pledging to keep taxes as low as possible, even to the point of not having a property tax. They are avoiding burdensome regulations on their citizens. And they are doing whatever they can to make government the servant of the people instead of the master.
